Mango raspberry smoothie!!🍋🍓 . The secret Good Mood Food recipe and Weight Management in a healthy way.

1 cup mango
1 ripe banana
4 raspberries
1 tsp honey
3/4 cup almond milk
4 ice cubes
8 raspberries
1 tsp chia seeds
** And the Most important ingredient 👉 Soy Protein Isolates: Tropical fruit flavor [contact me to know available good brands]

Blend everything except for the raspberries and chia seeds for 1 minute. In a separate glass, add raspberries and chia seeds and smash it up. Carefully pour the mango raspberry protein smoothie in the glass and enjoy.
